The mission of The Everyone Project is to serve through support, resources, and guidance by providing free educational and career advancement opportunities to those where the support is otherwise unavailable.


Meet The Team

  • Leah Ellis, Founder/CEO

    Leah is a graduate from Dalton State College with her degree in Respiratory Therapy. She works at a local hospital, cares for her patients, and strives to help her community!

  • Britni Chisenall, Treasurer

    Britni is a graduate from Dalton State College. She is apart of a local marketing company, has a heart for helping others, and serves at her church. We are so excited for her to be apart of our team!

  • Cole Lowery, Vice President

    Cole is a graduate from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College. He is a local High School agricultural teacher who has a passion to serve, teach, and help others grow and learn! Welcome to our team!

  • Victoria Schaff, Secretary

    Victoria graduated from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga in Nursing. She is a local nurse and educator who has a heart to serve others. She is also working on her DNP! We love Victoria!


Our Programs & Initiatives

The EP Program is the overall mission of our organization. This is our 8 step program for Juniors in high school. It is a 2 year program for career readiness.

Rise to Give is our new initiative where we choose a different group each holiday, provide gifts, and raise awareness.

Thrive Care is a program coming soon, pending funding. Our goal is to provide free summer child care for those in low income households.

Rise & Thrive is our annual community event to raise money for The EP Program students. Community members take part in vendor booths, food trucks, and more.
